PETER RESSLER has over twenty five years of experience in top tier investment banking search. He is known throughout the fixed income community as simply “the best in the business” in executive search. Senior management in the top tier investment banking and hedge fund industry is filled with former candidates and current clients. His list of clients and talent placements reads like a who’s who on Wall Street. After over two decades of collaborating with top market makers, Peter enjoys a stellar reputation for deal making and personal integrity and has become an industry legend in financial recruiting.
After graduating from Cornell University with a business degree he joined a midtown financial recruiting firm, E.J. Lance, Mgt., and quickly became the top producer. He created the firm’s fixed income search division and served as Managing Director for ten years before opening RMG with partner Monika Mitchell in 1995.
He is widely recognized as a national spokesperson on business ethics and Wall Street recruiting. He mentors young professionals on career development and also speaks at various academic institutions, corporations, and business organizations on the Value of Values. He is an adjunct member of the Values in Business Working Group of United Nations NGO CSVGC and the UN Global Compact. Peter is the co-founder of the International Center for Good Business, a research & information center for “building better business practices for a better world.”
He is a frequent contributor to print and media publications. He is the co-author of two books, Spiritual Capitalism with Monika Mitchell and Leadership Moments with Teledex CEO Ron Lezniak.
