MONIKA MITCHELL is the chief operating officer at RMG. She is responsible for all four divisions at the Ressler Mitchell Group, Inc. In 1995, she and Peter Ressler broke off from a midtown recruiting firm E.J. Lance Inc., to open RMG specializing in fixed income product search. She quickly expanded the client base to include large commercial banks and global securities firms. In 1997, she opened up the RMG real estate investment and development division and serves as its director.
Prior to search, Monika was a marketing executive in non-profit arts organizations in New York. She holds a BA from State University of New York. She is a frequent speaker with the United Nations Global Compact affiliated NGO, Values and Business Working Group. Monika is a frequent media spokesperson for business ethics, practices and trends. Monika is also the co-founder and director of the International Center for Good Business, a public service research and information center dedicated to building better business practices for a better world.
Along with RMG CEO Peter Ressler, Monika co-aauthored Spiritual Capitalism and Leadership Moments with Peter Ressler and Teledex CEO Ron Lesniak. She is a frequent contributor to business magazines and journals and an innovative leader in the Good Business movement.
